Why Therapy?

Things have got to change.

You know it, or you wouldn't be here, reading this page. The hurt, the feeling of being stuck, and the total exhaustion have you cornered. Again and again, it seems like the same things keep happening. Failure. Heartbreak.

Never being quite enough.

It's no way to live, and it doesn't have to be your fate. The therapy you will find here uses skills to bring out your own potential and build up the you that you wish you could be.

I also know that you're motivated, or you wouldn't be reading this right now. You want to work with someone who can show you your blind spots, who can help make sense of things, and who can help you discover why you keep seeming to end up in the same situations with the same hard feelings over and over again.
